Abstract:
The human monoclonal antibody recognizing the CD69 human molecule comprises the product hAIM-29 formed from the hybridoma H69. Also claimed is a process using the antibody in therapy. The process forms H69 by fusion of cells of NSO murine myeloma with transgenic rat spleen cells immunized with rat cells immunized with CD69.
