Summary: The main goal of the project is to apply the emergence tools of Proteomics in Cross-Talk for the control, study and therapy of food allergy. Food allergy is the fourth most important public health problem according to the World Health Organization (WHO). A total of 6-8% of children and 2-4% of adults are affected. Currently, due to this high prevalence, fast and accurate detection methods for food allergy control, treatment and research are highly necessary.
